Lent Discussions

Following the success of last year’s Lent Course based on Les  Miserables, we have chosen a course based on “Casablanca" for this year.
It is written by Paul Kerensa (a regular contributor to Reform Magazine and a professional stand-up comedian) and his wife, Zoe Young and it deals with the powerful themes of love, loss, faith and sacrifice.

Here is what we shall be thinking about, week by week:

Sunday 1st March

“Waiting in the Wilderness Places”

Sunday 8th March

“Lamenting and lost love”

Sunday 15th March

“Seeing the bigger picture"

no meeting on 22nd

Sunday 29th March

“Standing up for our beliefs”

Sunday 5th April

“The power of self-sacrifice love.”

All meetings will begin with coffee and cake at 6.00pm, with discussion starting at 6:30 and finishing no later than 8pm.

There will be a sign up sheet on the Fellowship Noticeboard in he Link so that we know how many to cater for.
